1. What ErrandGo is

ErrandGo is a platform that connects customers with independent local stores (such as gas, food, grocery and pharmacy stores) and with delivery riders. The store sells you the goods; ErrandGo provides the app, takes your order to the store and arranges delivery. Each store is responsible for the quality, safety, legality and description of what it sells.

3. Orders and prices

4. Payment

You pay online when you place an order — by card, bank transfer or USSD — through Paystack, a licensed payment provider. ErrandGo never sees or stores your card details. The store receives your order only once it is paid. Paystack may add a small payment fee, shown before you pay. We don't accept cash on delivery; never pay anyone more than the total shown in your app.

ErrandGo wallet. You can add money to your wallet through Paystack and use it to pay for orders on ErrandGo. The wallet is store credit, not a bank account: it earns no interest, can hold up to ₦300,000, and can't be withdrawn or transferred to another person. Refunds for orders paid from the wallet go back to the wallet. If you want to close your account while you still have a balance, contact us first and we'll help you use or recover it.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use ErrandGo to order illegal items, to place fake orders, to harass stores, riders or staff, to give false information, to interfere with the app, or to get around its prices and security. We may suspend accounts that do.

11. Our responsibility

We work to keep ErrandGo available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows:

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using ErrandGo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Where it is safe to do so, we will tell you why.

13. Disputes and law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to resolve it within 14 days. If we can't, the courts of Ogun State will have jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as ErrandGo grows. We will tell you in the app about important changes before they take effect. If you keep using ErrandGo afterwards, the new terms apply.
